Chic Courtyard
A small, but sunny postage-stamp courtyard in central London. A contemporary-feeling, but distinctive low-maintenance courtyard garden was required. The client wished to retain the decking.
Tangerine orange planters create a streamlined, but quirky effect. The planting palate provides evergreen structure. Greens and whites set off orange/terracotta perennials. Sultry deep maroon accents add a touch of chic. Walls were repainted off-white (Farrow & Ball “Oxford Stone”): a colour which complements foliage and flower colour to great effect.
